2nd Annual House Decorating Contest

The Christmas Season is a joyous time of year to celebrate Habersham for the Holidays. As a part of this annual event, Habersham residents are invited to decorate your homes with seasonal décor. This month-long event, free and open to the public, invites residents of Beaufort County to visit on a self guided tour around the award-winning coastal town of Habersham, SC.

Presented by Habersham Properties Neighborhood Real Estate Agents, 2023 marks the second year of this annual celebration with this year’s theme of “Merry & Bright”

It's easy to participate! Just click on the Contest Entry button and submit your details via the online form. Please ensure your décor is visible from cars on the street. Decorate in your own style! Classic, modern, southern, it is entirely up to you!

The “Best & Brightest” House will win a Custom Home Portrait by Riverlight Art Studio AND a $300 Cash Award for Best Decorations!

*Note: Must be a Habersham Homeowner to participate. Please plan to leave your décor up until after Christmas for visitors to enjoy.
